• Environmental Interpretive Center
• Purchased & built the first playground equipment for the boat ramp picnic area - which has since been replaced to meet new safety regulations.
• Created the Gator Lake Guided Trail
• Paid for the Ramp & Overlook at Gator Lake
• Built the Bird Bath Fountain Area
• Purchased the Trees and Sprinkler Systems for the Park Entrance Area, the Jetty Showers, the Jetty Store, and One of the Bathhouses in the Campground.

• Created a 3-sided display for the Jetty Gun Mount Pavilion that gives information on the WWII 155 mm guns that were in the park, the cutting of the shipping pass in the 1930’s that led to the creation of the jetties and Shell Island.
